DD2 Master: Fastest time for Morgado, a star in Rotax

Winner at the 4th Rotax Max Challenge Grand Finals, as well as the winner in 2011, 2012 and 2013, South African Cristiano Morgado has confirmed his talent by achieving the absolute fastest time in Rotax DD2 Master.

The Europeans were not really at the party, with New Zealand’s 2nd-placed Matthew Hamilton in front of the Chilean Horacio Torres. The Austrian Robert Pesevski saves the honour of the old continent in front of another New Zealander, Fraser Hart, the fastest in Group 2, and South African Michael Stephen.

Brazil’s Antonio Pizzonia (11th), who raced in some Formula 1 Grands Prix for Jaguar and Williams, is racing. Of the French, Franck Lavergne is in 61st position.
