Irlando wins the KZ2 Prefinal at Sarno

Alex Irlando (Sodi / TM) made the best start in the KZ2 Prefinal of the WSK Super Master Series at Sarno. Matteo Vigano (Tony Kart / Vortex) was quickly attacked by the very incisive Jeremy Iglesias (Formula K / TM) and Marco Ardigo (Tony Kart / Vortex), while Patrik Hajek (Kosmic / Vortex) overtook Paolo De Conto (CRG / TM ). Riccardo Longhi (Birel ART / TM) dropped back while Tom Leuillet (Sodi / TM) returned to 12th position and Adrien Renaudin (Sodi / TM) to 17th. Ardigo passed Iglesias under braking at halfway, De Conto and Hajek moving up to 4th and 5th ahead of Vigano. De Conto took 3rd place by attacking Iglesias at the end of the straight. Irlando took a good victory almost a second ahead of Ardigo, with De Conto 3rd, Iglesias 4th and Vigano 5th. Renaudin climbed brilliantly to 13th position behind Leuillet, Jean Nomblot (Sodi / TM) finished 19th, and Pierre Loubère (Praga / TM) 20th.
