The weather was still good on Sunday morning at Sarno for the OK-Junior Prefinals of the WSK Super Master Series. RFM drivers Paul Aron (FA Kart / Vortex) and Zak O’Sullivan (FA Kart / Vortex) started perfectly in Prefinal A, leaving Dino Beganovic (Tony Kart / Vortex), Sebastian Montoya (Tony Kart / Vortex) and Alex Dunne (Exprit / TM) behind. It was finished for poleman Alfio Spina (CRG / TM) on the first lap. Hadrien David (Kosmic / Vortex) was 8th and Sami Meguetounif (Formula K / TM) was quick to get into the top 10. Aron took the lead, but Beganovic attacked O’Sullivan halfway through. The gaps then increased, making position changes harder. Aron won with a 2.7″ lead over Beganovic, who was followed by O’Sullivan. Montoya finished 4th and Dunne 5th. David had secured 7th place while Meguetounif was 9th on the last lap.

Gabriele Bortoleto (CRG / TM) retained the lead of Prefinal B ahead of Vlad Lomko (Kosmic / Parilla) and Taylor Barnard (KR / Parilla). Marcus Amand (KR / Parilla) was 6th behind Gabriele Mini (Parolin / TM) and Victor Bernier (Kosmic / Parilla) came back to 7th. Isack Hadjar (Exprit / TM) was at the back of the pack. The top eight remained grouped, Mini was 3rd, Bernier 5th and Mari Boya (Parolin / TM) 7th, while Kirill Smal (Tony Kart / Vortex) was in the top 10. Lomko took the lead on lap 9 and Barnard took the opportunity to follow him in front of Bortoleto. Barnard then took the lead, but Bortoleto reacted before losing ground in contact with Mini. Barnard won, Bernier finished 2nd in front of Lomko, Mini was 4th and Smal 5th did a great job after his Qualifying problems. Amand took 7th place in front of Bortoleto. Loris Cabirou (Energy / TM) was up to 18th on the line.
