Despite a some slight high clouds, the weather was good at La Conca for the start of the OK-Junior Prefinals of the WSK Super Master Series. Gabriel Bortoleto (CRG / TM) took charge of Prefinal A and Paul Aron (FA Kart / Vortex) followed suit with Kirill Smal (Tony Kart / Vortex) while Dino Beganovic (Tony Kart / Vortex) dropped to the back of the top ten. Sami Meguetounif (Formula K / TM) was 6th, Evann Mallet (Kosmic / Parilla) 7th, Hadrien David (Kosmic / Vortex) 9th, Loris Cabirou (Energy / TM) 12th and Marcus Amand (KR / Parilla) 14th. Smal returned to the leader Bortoleto and took the lead as the halfway point approached. David then accelerated to clear the pack in 4th position ahead of Alexandros Kattoulas (Exprit / TM) and Taylor Barnard (KR / Parilla). Smal won without hesitation against Bortoleto, Aron 3rd, David 4th and Barnard 5th. Beganovic was 6th with the best lap, Mallet finished 8th, Meguetounif 10th, Amand 12th and Cabirou 14th.

Gabriele Mini (Parolin / TM) gave up the lead in a multiple attack on the second lap of Prefinal B in favour of Josh Dufek (Exprit / TM), but Zak O’Sullivan (FA Kart / Vortex) took the control immediately, followed by Laurens Van Hoepen (Tony Kart / Vortex). Norton Andreasson (Tony Kart / Vortex) and Tikhon Kharitonov (Exprit / TM) clashed for 4th place before Dufek reasserted control. The gap narrowed gradually between the top three. O’Sulllivan and Van Hoepen passed and repassed each other, but finished in that order with Mini 3rd by 3 tenths. Dufek came in 4th, then Kharitonov finished 5th and Rafael Camara (Kosmic / Vortex) 6th from 15th on the grid.
