As expected, the battle has been rough in KZ2 during the heats of the first event of the European Championship at Genk. Three races remain on Sunday morning after the two or three, depending on groups, run on Saturday. Leon Köhler (Tony Kart / Vortex) was the provisional leader on Saturday night with three wins, but Alex Irlando (Sodi / TM) and Tom Leuillet (Sodi / TM) did not let up, each with two victories and one 2nd place. Matteo Vigano (Tony Kart / Vortex) is in ambush ahead of Alessio Piccini (Tony Kart / Vortex) and Pierre Loubère (Zanardi / Parilla). French drivers Adrien Renaudin (Sodi / TM) and Nicolas Picot (Tony Kart / Vortex) are also among the best placed.
