Initially with three places and planning for a quick expansion during 2017, the Brazilian Automobile Confederation, through of president Cleyton Pinteiro and Brazilian CIK-FIA member Giovanni Guerra, launched the Brazilian Kart School. It is a program supported by the FIA and following the model implanted in France. The goal is to enable a new generation to have access to karting without having to adopt as a first step the acquisition of equipment.

The initiative will be coordinate by former IndyCar driver Felipe Giaffone and Pedro Sereno, former president of Karting National Commission. The first step take place at Kart Track of Granja Viana responds by the São Paulo headquarters, in the same way that the Kart Track of RBS will be a gateway of the Minas Gerais State program. Santa Catarina, without being defined the track, completes the first group.

At school, the student has access to all the equipment and a teaching program that goes from basic knowledge to his training as a driver. The equipment is chassis Kart Mini, engine Honda and tires MG. Even suits and helmets are standardized and provided by the school for students, from six to eleven-years-old.
