Marco Ardigo (Tony Kart / Vortex) led the KZ and KZ2 Prefinal at the start ahead of Patrik Hajek (Kosmic / Vortex). Jorge Pescador (Praga / Parilla) yielded 3rd place to Anthony Abbasse (Sodi / TM), while Jérémy Iglesias (Sodi / TM) pulled out all the stops to return to 4th. Leonardo Lorandi (Tony Kart / Vortex), the top KZ2, followed the rhythm of Ben Hanley (Croc Promotions / TM) in 6th position. Abbasse moved closer to Hajek, who was distanced by Ardigo. Hanley and Lorandi overtook Iglesias, who was less comfortable towards the end. The Ardigo’s exhaust sounded increasingly strong with two laps to go, but the Italian still reached the finish as the winner in front of Hajek, Abbasse, Hanley and Simo Puhakka (CRG / Maxter) who was fastest. Iglesias finished 7th, but Bas Lammers (Sodi / TM) gained seven places to 9th. After a good start, Lorenzo Camplese (Parolin / TM) finished 11th, Davide Fore (Righetti / TM) 18th and Joel Johansson (Righetti / TM) dropped out.

It was a good start for Flavio Camponeschi (CRG / Parilla) in front of Paolo De Conto (CRG / Maxter) in Prefinal B. Jordon Lennox-Lamb (Birel ART / Parilla) quickly passed for 3rd position ahead of Rick Dreezen (Ricciardo / Parilla), while Luigi Musio (CRG / TM), the top KZ2 was the fighting for 5th place with Jonathan Thonon (Praga / Parilla). Lennox-Lamb attempted an attack on De Conto at halfway, but the Italian didn’t allow it. The Briton nevertheless managed to pass for 2nd later. Stan Pex (CRG / Vortex), the fastest on the track, overtook Musio for 6th. Lennox-Lamb took the lead on lap 11 and won more than a second ahead of Camopneschi, with De Conto 3rd, Dreezen 4th, Thonon 5th (exhaust also broken) and Musio 6th after Stan Pex retired.
