Sargeant, an American World Champion

Logan Sargeant (FA Kart / Vortex) started perfectly ahead of Clement Novalak (Tony Kart / Vortex), but Caio Collet (Kosmic / Vortex) quickly captured 2nd position. A few lengths behind these three drivers, Felipe Drugovich (Kosmic / Vortex) replaced Ulysse De Pauw (BirelART / Parilla) in 4th position. Davide Lombardo (Tony Kart / Vortex) fell to 11th place and Noah Watt (FA Kart / Vortex) to 27th. After a very good start, Christian Lundgaard (Energy / TM) took 5th place on lap six in front of Sebastian Fernandez Wahbeh (FA Kart / Vortex), then took 4th from Drugovich.

At the halfway point, Sargeant was 1.2” ahead of Collet and Novalak, Lundgaard was 3” from 3rd. Novalak attacked Collet and returned to 2nd. Milane Petelet fought in around 21st position, and Charles Milesi (Tony Kart / Vortex) remained 27th. De Pauw returned to the top 10 in full fight. Sargeant lost a few tenths to Novalak, while Sami Worship (FA Kart / Vortex) passed Lundgaard for 4th position. Artem Petrov (DR / TM) approached Lundgaard and attempted an attack.

Sargeant won after a masterful race 1.8 ” ahead of Novalak and Collet. Worship was 4th, Fernandez 5th, Petrov 6th,ahead of  Lundgaard by 26 thousandths on the line, while Milen Ponomarenko (Lenzo / LKE) finished 8th by 29 mils.
