The last, quite prestigious, row for the KF-Junior finals consisted of Noah Watt (FA Kart / Vortex) and Rasmus Lindh (Ricciardo / Parilla), who both had problems during the prefinal. Conversely, the front row of Presley Martono (Tony Kart / Vortex) and Alex Quinn (CRG / Parilla) set up an exciting battle for overall victory at PFI including the drivers in the top 10. Martono retained his leading status when the lights went out, but Ulysses From Pauwe (BirelART / Parilla) and Marta Garcia (FA Kart / TM) overtook Quinn. De Pauw captured the lead on the second lap with Garcia in his wake, Quinn 3rd and Martono 4th. Logan Sargeant (FA Kart / Vortex) was back in the rhythm, passing Frederik Vesti (Energy / TM) for 5th position. Kenny Roosens (Kosmic / Parilla) was back in the top 15, Lindh had already taken 13 places, but Charles Milesi (Tony Kart / Vortex) lost several places at the start.

De Pauw took off in the lead while Quinn attacked Garcia. Clement Novalak (Tony Kart / Vortex) took 5th place ahead of Sargeant, Felipe Drugovich (Kosmic / Vortex) and Christian Lundgaard (Tony Kart / Vortex). The fight wasn’t over between Sargeant and Novalak. Halfway through, De Pauw had a lead of only 0.386” in front of Quinn, which was reducing quickly. A few lengths back, Martono retook the advantage over Garcia. De Pauw had to concede control to Quinn on lap 11 and let Martono past. Sargeant was threatening in 4th position ahead of Garcia. The pack, led by Drugovich, was 1.8 seconds behind in 5th.

The positions were tightening in the top five for a few laps. Quinn dropped from 1st to 5th place on one lap. De Pauw then lost ground. Martono led far ahead of Quinn while Novalak found himself 3rd ahead of Garcia and Sargeant. David Vidales (Energy / TM) mingles with the final battle for 3rd place, but Novalak didn’t lose concentration. It was a major victory for Presley Martono ahead of Alex Quinn and Clement Novalak. Sargeant was 4th, Vidales 5th, and disappointment for De Pauw in 6th and Garcia in 8th. Roosens achieved his goal by finishing in the top 10 and Lundgaard was 14th. It was a great recovery of 21 places to 13th for Lindh, and Milesi finally returned to 16th.
