The newly homologated engines in 60 Mini have changed the hierarchy of the engines, but not for the drivers. Leonardo Marseglia (CRG / TM) took pole in front of Dennis Hauger (CRG / TM). The positions were reversed during the heats, with Hauger passing Marseglia and Lachlan Hughes (Birel / Parilla) in 3rd position ahead of the returning Luca Giardelli (Tony Kart / TM), Alberto Negro (Top Kart / TM) and Guiseppe Fusco, still faithful to his Tony Kart / LKE.

Hauger then won the Prefinal A ahead of Hughes, who set the fastest time, Mattia Michelotto (Energy / Parilla), Negro and Luigi Coluccio (Tony Kart / Vortex) continued his recovery after missing qualifying. In Prefinal B Marseglia won after a good battle with Fusco, with Giardelli in 3rd place by only 26 thousandths and the fastest on the track.

Marseglia struggled and dropped back in the final and the duel started immediately between Hauger and Hughes who were already ahead of Fusco, Negro, Coluccio and Marseglia, while others were struggling to keep up the pace. Hauger gradually got away from Hughes, and Marseglia took control of the chasing pack at halfway. Hauger continued to widen the gap and won by nearly 2″ ahead of Hughes, Marseglia caught up with the third best time, and Fusco was 4th, Negro 5th.
