The weather was cooler on Sunday morning at Adria because of a veil of clouds preventing the sun from breaking through. Nicklas Nielsen (Tony Kart / Vortex) shared the front row for the Prefinal with Martijn Van Leeuwen with (CRG / TM) at his side, and Alexander Vartanyan (Tony Kart / Vortex) and Karol Basz (Kosmic / Vortex) on the second row. Van Leeuwen was the loser at the start as he dropped to 10th while Nielsen and Vartanyan got away. Basz, who was up to 3rd started to hunt down the leaders. Casper Roes (FA Kart / Vortex) and Max Fewtrell (FA Kart / Vortex) took 4th and 5th before swapping positions after halfway. Tom Joyner (Zanardi / Parilla) retired early.

We watched Marcus Armstrong (Tony Kart / Vortex) and Leonardo Lorandi (Tony Kart / Vortex) come through the field, followed by Richard Verschoor (Exprit / Vortex), while Juan Correa (Energy / TM), who started well, had to concede ground. The fastest driver on the track, Basz got close to the Nielsen – Vartanyan duel at the end of the race, but the positions didn’t change until the finish. Nielsen won ahead of Vartanyan and Basz. Fewtrell finished 4th, Roes 5th, Armstrong 6th and Lorandi 7th. 9th position and three places gained for Benjamin Lessennes (Zanardi / Parilla), 13th for Maxime Potty (Kosmic / Vortex) and 16th for Alexandre Gadois (Kosmic / Parilla), a gain of nine places.
