Excellent start to the season for Benjamin Lessennes

Benjamin Lessennes began his 2015 season last weekend at the Lonato circuit with the 20th running of the famous Winter Cup. In the northern part of Italy, the Belgian, who joined the Strakka Bhaitech Racing Team this winter to wear the colours of Zanardi, took an extremely promising sixth place.

This is one of the unmissable venues at the start of the season. For the 20th time, the South Garda Karting Circuit in Lonato hosted the Winter Cup, an event which does not count towards any championship but which every year brings together all the leading lights of international karting. Among them, Benjamin Lessennes knew he was facing an outstanding challenge… The driver in the colours of Coyote Racing and Motorhomes STX was beginning his first full season in the top category (KF), but in addition to that he had changed team during the winter. Now with Zanardi Strakka Bhaitech Racing, “Benji” was eager for the serious business to begin.
