WSK took account of differences recorded between sessions at Sarno and have now implemented a strict alternation between the two sets of rankings, which seems to be the best solution. Kozlinski (Intrepid / TM) was the fastest in session 1 on the 7 Laghi circuit with a lap of 47” 480, one-tenth ahead of Flavio Camponeschi (Tony Kart / Vortex), Andrea Dale (CRG / Maxter ), Jan Midrla (Birel / TM) and Luca Corberi (Kosmic / Vortex).
But Rick Dreezen (Zanardi / Parilla) was able to improve in the second session with a fastest time of 47” 420, or 64 thousandths faster than Marco Ardigo (Tony Kart / Vortex), followed by Andreas Hansen (Tony Kart / Vortex), Bas Lammers (Formula K / Parilla) and Jonathan Thonon (Praga / Parilla).
