Ticktum confirms his lead in KF-Junior

By winning heat AD on Sunday morning, Daniel Ticktum (Zanardi / Parilla) has cemented his dominant position in the category KF-Junior category before the finals. According to the Kartcom unofficial ranking Leonardo Lorandi (Tony Kart / TM) is up to second ahead of Mick Junior (Tony Kart / Vortex), Max Fewtrell (FA Kart / Vortex) with 3 wins and Benjamin Lessennes ( Tony Kart / Parilla) in 5th. The winner from the previous week, Enaam Ahmed (FA Kart / Vortex) is in 11th, just ahead of the rising Russian, Matvey Maslov (Tony Kart / Vortex). There has been some beautiful racing from Canadian Kami Moreira-Laliberte (Tony Kart / TM) in 18th despite a retirement, ahead of the American Devlin DeFrancesco (Tony Kart / Vortex), who has been less fast than in the first round. Giuliano Alesi (Tony Kart / TM) has also made good progress, 28th before the prefinals.
