There was no need for photo finish either in KZ1, as Max Verstappen (CRG / TM) won both races, the first by a large margin of 2.5″ from Hanley. However, Fabian Federer (CRG / Modena) on the second row and Charles Leclerc (ART GP / TM) in fifth were both sentenced to 10” for the start. Verstappen was less dominant in the second heat, he won by only one tenth ahead of Jorrit Pex (CRG / TM), while Hanley followed closely in third position. There was a good recovery of Jordon Lennox-Lamb (CRG / Maxter) ahead of Marco Ardigo (Tony Kart / Vortex) and Jérémy Iglesias (Lenzo / LKE) who were faster. In the classification, Kozlinski (Birel / TM) was in 5th place ahead of Ardigo, and Iglesias finished 7th.
