International Winter Cup

The KFJ race was marked by a spectacular collision at the first corner, a very fast right. Bryan Elpitiya (Zanardi / Parilla) went flying which led to the “slow” procedure for the rest and a check up in hospital for him. At the restart, Julien Darras (Tony Kart / Vortex) briefly grabbed fifth position, but his defence from Leonardo Lorandi (Tony Kart / Vortex) ended badly. Starting 15th, French driver Amaury Bonduel (ART GP / TM) came back brilliantly to 4th. Petrut Florescu (Zanardi / Parilla) was first on the line, but was ousted by a penalty of 10” which benefited Sasakorn Chaimongkol (ART GP / TM). There was a good recovery from Arthur Lehouck (Lenzo / LKE), who finished 7th after starting 25th …

Armand Convers (Kosmic / Vortex) won the KFJ race ahead of his teammate Luca Corberi. Erwan Julé (DR / TM) was unfortunately jostled at first, his ascent ending in ninth position. Nicolas Gonzales (Kosmic / Vortex) suffered too and finished 20th ahead of Ingrid Girard (CRG / BMB).
