Watch Championships evolving live through Apex Timing

The Official Timekeeper of the CIK-FIA, Apex Timing is a passionate company who is always looking for innovation. Discreet in nature, the Apex boys are either working online, or preparing a new feature, even without knowing that it would be appreciated. This is why we must always watch the work of these two geeks. This year we saw the introduction of the fastest sectors, the best lap time and the ideal, and the maximum speed and weather conditions. Recently, they added a small window on the already very full live-timing screen for CIK events.

There is now in the right column a box called “Virtual Championship”. This allows us to watch the classification of a championship live during a race, lap after lap. The effect of overtaking, or falling off, are immediately visible for the top 8 drivers. This was the case for the U18 and Academy Trophy at Angerville as it will be at Bahrain for the finals, or Macao for the KF1 World Championship, including the eventual breakdown according to the regulations.
