The weather will play a major role in qualifying at PFI

Although the forecast looks nice for Saturday and Sunday in Lincolnshire, Friday looks complex to manage for the teams. The morning rain had stopped by mid-day, the track gradually dried and slicks were back. What will happen during the 4 timed sessions for each category from 1:30 p.m. to 3:25 p.m.?

If the trend continues the time will decrease in every session and it will be better to go last. If the trend reverses there will be a re-appearance of massive rainfalls. There will be a mix of both, so it will require good luck to make the right choice at the right time. The forecast from the BBC leans towards a lull between 13:00 and 15:00 … Place your bets!
