Charles Leclerc, although registered, is not Ostricourt this weekend, but is testing at PFI before the European final next week. Guillaume De Ridder (Kosmic / Vortex) took control of qualifying in KF2, soon joined by another Belgian, Sébastien Bailly (Swiss Hutless / TM), but Victor Compere (Kosmic / Vortex) joined the battle, in second position. It’s pleasing to see Pascal Belmaaziz (DR / Vortex) in 4th place ahead of his new teammate, Nicolas Gonzales, who overtook him. The TKF Boys were not pushing too hard in the rain, Remy Deguffroy advanced to 12th, Valentin Moineault 14th. Bailly moved into pole by the end of the session as the first below 1’10”, ahead of De Ridder, Compere, Belmaaziz in fourth, Gonzales 5th, and Paul Boutonnet (Tony Kart / Parilla) sixth.
