KZ2: Big win for Lennox-Lamb and CRG

The start was a little complicated for final 2 in KZ2 due, in part to drivers starting before the lights. Marco Zanchetta (Energy / TM) rushed in ahead of Douglas Lundberg (CKR / TM) and Jordon Lennox-Lamb (CRG / Maxter). Jan Midrla (Birel / TM) plunged down the standings. Now second, Lennox pushed to close back up to Zanchetta by setting the fastest time. Dylan Davies (PCR / TM) advanced to fifth after taking Charly Bizalion (Lenzo / TM) but he repassed on the eighth lap.

Meanwhile, Lennox-Lamb passed Zanchetta and escaped irretrievably. Lundberg was isolated in 3rd position. Massimo Dante (CKR / TM) was behind, Antonio Cavalieri (BRM / Maxter) took fifth position to the detriment of Bizalion. Midrla was again into the top 10. The gaps became very significant among the top 10.

Lennox-Lamb won by more than 3” from Zanchetta, Lundberg third, Dante fourth, Cavalieri fifth, Bizalion 6th, 7th Celenta, …
