Senior: Scott already in orbit?

Impressive track record in qualifying for another British driver at Strawberry Racing, and thus driving a Tony Kart, Harrison Scott started fourth and was the winner of every race on Saturday at the Rotax Winter Cup at Campillos. The Senior Class remains the most turbulent in Rotax, and crashes have dampened the hopes of some. However, it is usually because of racing incidents not bad intentions. The fact is that Scott was brilliant in every race against his countrymen (and yes, the English prefer to play them, we know!) Sean Babington (FA Kart – Dan Holland Racing) second, but on equal points with the third, Charlie Eastwood (Formula K – Protrain Racing) and Andy King (Tony Kart – Strawberry Racing). Only the Dutch driver Dave Blom (Formula K – K Formula Europe) was able to join the gang of four.

12th twice, Antoine Barthon (FA Kart – Dan Holland Racing) unfortunately dropped back after a clash with two laps remaining in the first heat, but his 18th place ranking still leads the French clan. In 20th, Alexander Finkelstein (Tony Kart – Competition MD) has finally poked his head above water with a beautiful heat 3. Eva Benes (Kosmic – PKS) is in 24th position, Joffrey David (Tony Kart – MD Competition) 26th ahead of Peter Auvray (FA Kart – Kart DSS).
