Of course supercharged racing was expected this afternoon at Sarno. The 34 qualified pilots in KF2 were already battling in their pre-final battle with a lot of people, with ambitions. In a moment, the start and the first lap will be crucial.

Loris Spinelli and Antonio Giovinazzi were on the front row, the pole man got away but very cautiously, while Giovinazzi strangely missed his start which slowed the outside row. However, everything went well. Tanart Sathienthirakul was immediately behind Spinelli and took the lead position before the end of the second lap.

Egor Orudzhev was holding third place ahead of Paolo Ippolito, Nicolaj Moller-Madsen, Jakub Dalewski, Christian Sorensen, Giovinazzi and Pascal Belmaaziz. Sami Luka was already in 10th ahead of Damiano Fioravanti. The slow procedure was triggered on the third lap after a serious crash between Tom Joyner and Jonathan Piniella.

The race was soon restarted, Moller-Madsen took the opportunity to attack Ippolito and take fourth place, but he replied. Spinelli took the lead, Orudzhev took the opportunity to move to second ahead if Sathienthirakul. Enzo Guibbert was 26th because of a kart that flew over him during the previous lap, Victor Sendin undid part of his deficiency in 16th. Ippolito attacked the Thai driver to go 3rd. There was a warning for Belmaaziz, 9th after dropping three places.

Ippolito increased the pressure on Orudzhev and took second on the ninth lap, while Giovinazzi was back in the top five at the expense of Moller-Madsen. Sathienthirakul recovered and passed Orudzhev, and was now back to 4th.

Luka took ninth place from Michelle Gatting. On the last lap, in fourth was Giovinazzi who was threatening Sathienthirakul. Giovinazzi attempted an attack that made him lose ground.

The win went to Spinelli in front if Ippolito, Sathienthirakul, Moller Madsen in 4th, Giovinazzi 5th.
