Decisively De Ridder !

With Guillaume De Ridder (Tony Kart / Vortex) and Leo Roussel (Sodi / Parilla) were on the front row, the prefinal for KF2 at the GPO at Ostricourt was not likely to be monotonous, especially with Enzo Guibbert (FA Kart / Vortex) and Victor Sendin (Tony Kart / Vortex) not far away. De Ridder led the first lap, followed by Guibbert, Sendin and Andrea Pizzitola (FA Kart / Vortex). Roussel lost a lot of time during an attack on Sendin. Pascal Belmaaziz (DR / Parilla) and Roussel passed Pizzitola.

De Ridder controlled the race, leading by some lengths from Guibbert, and Sendin in 3rd, appeared closer. Kenny Vermeylen (Tecno / Parilla) in 7th, began to threaten Pizzitola, but Sendin moved quickly to attack Guibbert and his second position. He lacked the means to resist, and Sendin passed Belmaaziz a few hundred yards later.

Vermeylen took Pizzitola and Roussel and was now 5th. De Ridder was far ahead, Sendin had to be wary of the recovering Belmaaziz and Guibbert and also Vermeylen, followed later by Roussel and John Filippi (Exprit / Vortex). He and Vermeylen closed up at the end of the race with both drivers outperforming the poor Guibbert the last lap.

It was a clear victory for Guillaume De Ridder, 2nd Belmaaziz and 3rd Sendin, Vermeylen 4th, Guibbert 5th and Roussel 6th.
