The final of the Rotax Cup saw Alexandre Finkelstein (Tony Kart) on pole ahead of Nicolas Picot (Tony Kart), Maxime Gravouille (Kosmic), Giovanni Ucci (Kosmic), Thomas Ricci (Intrepid), Jules Cousin (FA Kart) and others. Picot flew away from Finkelstein initially, but the Tony Kart driver soon recovered it on the second lap. Jules Cousin, and Thomas Benisri Afonso do not complete the first lap as a result of crashes. Anthony Costa (Mirage) managed to take 3rd place until dislodged by Ricci. Quentin Bonnier (Intrepid) took fifth ahead of Gravouille and Pierre-Adrien Hivert (Intrepid).

Very soon into the action, Finkelstein took the lead, by a second, and now had to concentrate to keep it. Ricci closed on Picot who assessed the threat as increasingly urgent. The pass was on the 11th of 25 laps of the race. Finkelstein had almost doubled his lead. Bonnier and Gravouille, elbow to elbow, were back on Picot, in 3rd. Costa was in 6th at a safe distance from seventh, who was closely followed by Charles Hively Tesnière (Kosmic).

Ricci was now closing and Finkelstein needed to be wary. He set a better time to protect his rear, but Ricci replied. Gravouille enjoyed a fight between Bonnier and Picot to take advantage and third position. The hierarchy would not change until the finish which saw a clear victory for Alex Finkelstein then Thomas Ricci, himself well clear of Maxime Gravouille.
