Russell and Joyner on pole at PFi

While the world’s eyes turned to London for the wedding of the British and media-friendly Kate Middleton with Prince William, or Varennes in France for Southern Europe Trophy, the English capital  of karting is at Brandon, on the PF International circuit in which  hosts the other trophy in Europe, the Northern.

Two British drivers took the fastest laps in KF2, Ton Joyner (Tony Kart / TM) and Adam Andrews (Tony Kart / TM), and the Danish driver Kevin Rossel (RK / BMB) stands in 3rd position in front of Sam Snell (Intrepid / TM) and a Dane, Nicolaj Moller-Madsen (Energy / TM).

The battle is tight in KF3 with George Russell (Intrepid / TM) 52 thousandths the poleman ahead of Max Verstappen (CRG / Parilla), himself hounded by Callan O’Keeffe (FA Kart / Vortex). Lasse Sorensen (Birel / BMB) beat Connor Jupp (FA Kart / Vortex) and Dennis Olsen (Energy / TM).
