It was not a surprise to find Max Verstappen at the top of the standings in KF3 at the WSK Euro Series at Portimao. The CRG driver has again used his new Parilla, winning 3 times and coming second twice. Just behind the leader, Antonio Fuoco (Top Kart / TM) is also credited with 3 victories, as with the fourth placed Harrison Scott (Intrepid / TM), while the consistent Pedro Hiltbrand (Kosmic / Vortex), is in 3rd.

Esteban Ocon (FA Kart / Vortex) paid dearly for a carburettor problem on the ninth lap of heat AE when he had done great things in the top 3. In 12th, Canadian Lance Stroll (Zanardi / Parilla) was the revelation of the weekend with 3 wins and one second place. The top female driver, the Swiss Luana Krattiger (Tony Kart / Vortex) had a very respectable 13th position. Callan O’Keeffe (FA Kart / Vortex) deserved better than 15th place.

Dorian Boccolacci (Birel / BMB) could not always make the most of his machine, but is doing well on the 19th row. He was followed by another surging French driver, Valentin Naud (Tony Kart / Vortex). Andy Chang (Tony Kart / Vortex) from Macao is the last driver qualified.
