The date for 2011 Margutti decided

In 2011 the great appointment of international karting comes back with the 22nd edition of the “Andrea Margutti Trophy”.

The traditional race, created in memory and in remembrance of the young driver Andrea Margutti, was put among the events of the racing calendar, more precisely from next 18th to 20th March 2011.

The Andrea Margutti Trophy keeps on representing a reference point for all the racing season both on national and international level. It is organized with the usual accuracy and expertise by the Pellegrini family and by the Parma Karting association, that for this year 2011 too will propose the “Circuit 7 Laghi” of Castelletto di Branduzzo (Pavia – Italy) as the venue for this important event.

The race is on the International CIK-FIA calendar and includes the KF3, KF2 and KZ2 categories, besides the  60 Mini for the “60 Junior Trophy”.
Last edition saw almost 200 drivers from 24 different countries joining the event, with the participation of all the major teams and the international top drivers.

Last year’s edition winners had the honour to see their names written on the more and more prestigious list of winners of the trophy: the Italian Loris Spinelli in KF3, the Danish Jacob Nortoft in KF2, the German Simon Solgat in KZ2, Alessio Lorandi in the 60 Mini.
