The Automobile Club de Monaco is pleased to announce the 14th Monaco Kart Cup, to be held from Friday 15th to Sunday 17th October 2010.

This international sporting event, which forms part of the CIK/FIA calendar, is wholly managed by the Automobile Club. As in previous years, the temporary racetrack will be staked out on the lower part of the legendary Grand Prix Formula One circuit.

The circuit is 1,068 m long, and will follow the same course as last year, with a reconfigured section from the exit of the Swimming Pool S-bends to the Rascasse corner.

Following the great success of the two CIK/FIA series last year, the ACM has decided to hold these two international races, the KF3 and KZ2 series, again.

An endurance race for teams of 3 to 5 novice or experienced drivers, held in three legs of 2 hours each and spread over the two race days, will complete the karting weekend in the Principality.

To top off that action-packed weekend, a fourth event with an environmental focus comprising an electric kart race, may be included in the programme.
