Under the hot sun in Belgium, the young drivers aspiring to the European KF3 title have run their last three heats on Sunday morning at Genk. Four Intrepid / TMs have broken away from the pack: the Briton Alexander Albon is head of the standings a fraction in front of his teammate, the Russian Egor Orudshev, 3rd is a Dane, Andreas Hansen and fourth Dutchman Peter Hoevenaars.

Lukas Machunskas, in 5th, is the first non-Intrepid driver and is onTony Kart / Vortex, ahead of the Energy / TM of Dennis Olsen. Robert Visoiu (Tony Kart / Vortex) is in 8th position, Max Verstappen (CRG / Maxter) 12th, Pierre Gasly (Sodi / Parilla) 13th. Julé Erwan (Intrepid / TM) performs a magnificent drive to 18th, Hubert Anthoine (Tony Kart / Vortex) is 25th because of an unfortunate 21st place in his last race.

The list of non-qualifiers includes familiar names like Esteban Ocon, who crashed several times, Nicolas Beer, Callan O’Keefe, Sennan Fielding, Benjamin Gerard, Loris Spinelli …
