The KF2 final did not have much suspense after Andrea Dale’s retirement, while he was second on lap 3. Anyway, Jacob Nortoft (FA Kart / Vortex) was already in a solid lead in the race. Stefano Cucco (Birel / Parilla) had a few tricks to get rid of the chasing pack to permanently occupy the second position, leaving Mitchell Gilbert (Energy / TM), Lindsey Butcher (Tony Kart / Vortex) and Stepan Karasev (Intrepid / TM) to battle for 3rd place.
While Nortoft’s lead grew inexorably, Michael Heche (Intrepid / TM) continued his impossible recovery with courage: he will finished 11th. Butcher took part in several duels to finish 4th, but Gilbert took the 3rd step of the podium along with Nortoft and Cucco.
