The two protagonists of the championship met on the front row for the

KZ2 Final: Norman Nato (Intrepid / TM) had the upper hand, but Anthony Abbasse (Sodi / TM) was not intimidated and took the lead before the end of the 1st lap. Pierre Ragues (Sodi / TM) occupied 3rd position gallantly in front of Yan Pesce (Energy / TM) and Emilien Grosso (PCR / Pavesi). Mathias Gallepe only traveled a few meters to finish in the fence after a stampede at the start.

Clement Da Silva (Intrepid / TM) replaced him in fifth, while Pierre Etienne Chaumat (Energy / Maxter) gave everything and a bit more to overcome Grosso. He ended up losing places in spectacular but futile attacks. Starting in 16th place, Thomas Mich (Birel / TM) lasted until lap 8. Long in 3rd, Pierre Rague stopped on the track. Da Silva got rid of Pesce and moved to 3rd while William Benedetti (CRG / TM) had a brilliant 5th position which he held despite the threat from Thomas Letailleur (Mirage / TM).

Anthony Abbasse won the final in KZ2 ahead of Norman Nato, who becomes champion of France in 2009, Clement Da Silva was 3rd, Yan Pesce 4th and William Benedetti 5th.
