Guillaume De Ridder (Kosmic / Vortex) was emphatic in the KF2 final, leading from the start to the end of the race. Sébastien Bailly (Tony Kart / Vortex) was wise in his wake to pocket the points for second place, important for the title race. Unfortunately he was left with nothing when he suffered a breakdown in mid race. The turning point of the championship?
Vincent Fraïsse (Intrepid / TM) had a long fight with Bailly, then confronted Clement Bluy (Tony Kart / Vortex). Clement took 2nd place on the 11th lap, Loïc Réguillon (Sodi / Parilla), was slow originally but recovered strongly: he was in 3rd place after passing Barbarin. It looked for a moment like Bluy was going to attack Réguillon, but he skillfully controlled the situation until the finish line.
Great victory for De Ridder, Bluy second and Réguillon 3rd, Barbarin 4th, Fraïsse 5th.
