Norman Nato (Intrepid / TM) flew with Clement Da Silva (Intrepid / TM) at the start of the KZ2 final. Pierre Etienne Chaumat (Energy / Maxter) took a strong 3rd place from Yan Pesce (Energy / TM). Anthony Abbasse (Sodi / TM), very incisive, was ahead of Thomas Mich (Birel / TM), Eric Ramon (Sodi / TM) and Pierre Ragues (Sodi / TM).

Pesce found an opening on Chaumat, who was heatedly attacked by Abbasse so both drivers lost places on lap 3. Nato and Da Silva were steadily increasing their lead. Pesce retired in mid-race giving 3rd to Mich. But Abbasse soon reappeared and launched more attacks before finally passing Mich. Ramon also dropped out, letting  Chaumat into 7th place. Gallepe, who made a good start, had a slow puncture and eventually retired. Ragues started to threaten Mich in 4th position.

Nato won the race 2.8” ahead of Da Silva. Abbasse was 3rd from Ragues and Mich. Christophe Benoit (Birel / Maxter) finished 6th, Pierre Etienne Chaumat 7th and Tristan Papavoine 8th after a great recovery.
