Things become clearer at Alcaniz

Of course, the picture on Saturday night at the KF2 World Cup at Alcaniz is full of uncertainties, as not all drivers have participated to the same number of qualifying heats at the moment. However, it is easy to identify those who are going well and those who are way off.

The quickest men of the day have been Smarrazzo, Da Luz, Vigano and Tiene, for sure. Maïsano’s engine broke with two laps to go when he was second, and it was costly. Not far from the front are Nortoft, Michelle Gatting, De Ridder, Cucco, Vandoorne, Öberg, Rossler, …

Loïc Réguillon showed positive signs of improvement in his second race, but the TKF boys have not been lucky at each 1st corner left them off the track. Chamberlain, the European champion, is still in position to qualify as is Moller-Madsen. It will be harder for Bailly, Wiman, Grenhagen, D’Agosto, … and frankly unlikely for Johansson, Luka or Cooper.
