After a busy final for KF2 in the initial laps, Joel Johansson (Energy / TM) took the 1st step of the podium after dominating the class without sharing the weekend. Ben Cooper (Tony Kart / Vortex) fought for the lead on the first lap, but lost valuable time and then had to pass Chris Lock (Tony Kart / Vortex) and Matteo Beretta (Tony Kart / Vortex). Cooper soon recovered to 3rd place while Lock seemed to threaten Johansson. Sami Luka (DR / Maxter) followed at a distance, in 5th position in front of an agitated group and was followed by Andre Hauke (Birel / Parilla) who was particularly incisive. When he went on the attack, Karol Basz (RK / Parilla) also passed Luka.
On the seventh lap out of 14, Cooper took second in front of Lock and Beretta. The Portuguese driver David Da Luz was advantageously placed in 7th position, ahead of Mans Grenhagen (Energy / TM) who had climbed a long way. The finish didn’t see any big changes and the victory went to the Swedish Joel Johansson from Cooper, and Beretta was able to shed Lock.
