Vigano wins the KF2 Prefinal

After a good start, Matteo Viganò (Birel / Parilla) was in the lead on the 1st lap and maintained the pace throughout the race to finish 2.5 seconds ahead of Sami Luka (DR / Maxter ). Petri Suvanto (Birel / Parilla) was, as often, unable to take advantage of his pole position, gradually dropping to 6th position before retiring on the 4th lap. Max Goff (Maranello / Maxter) started 15th on the grid and was up to 3rd place on the 2nd lap: very strong! He retained that position until the finish. Ben Cooper spent his entire race in 4th place, after a very good start. Finally, Michelle Gatting (Maddox / Maxter) finished an excellent 5th position, a remarkable feat when one recalls that she had posted the 46th fastest time on Saturday!

Brandon Maisano could not do better than to keep his 11th place after a fight with the Polish driver Patryk Szczerbinski. 4th initially, Johansson fell back to 18th position before successfully moving up to 14th. D’Agosto finished 24th and last on the track, while Ceccon, Wright, Picariello and Smarrazzo retired.
