Lavanant_Inter.jpgAlthough Tony Lavanant did not go on to lead after the heats, his second place allows him to hold on to his claim on the European crown after the finals. The misfortune of Joffrey Demanse, who hasn’t qualified, simplifies the task, but the Energy team has succeeded in producing excellent performances since early on in the weekend.

Mathias Gallepe scored a second place and a victory, but lost points in one heat: he is 9th. Kevin Janssen will start on pole for the Prefinale on a front row made up of 100% Energy Corse. Joey Hanssen (PCR-TM) finished 3rd in front of Enzo Zéfirini, a very good result in the heats with two victories.

The French manage to perform well at home with Stéphane Stemper 7th, Emilien Grosso 8th and Paul Louveau 10th. Cédric Goudant, the fastest man against the clock, was only 12th, the victim of a crash in one of his heats. Also in the prefinal are Cyril Lefevre, Jean-Pierre Girardet and Louis Niogret.
