1hr 20 separated the first KZ2 session from the second. For the sake of fairness, the race director chose to run each session after several rounds of KF who leave more rubber than the Vegas of KZ However, conditions have changed in the mean time and the first session took place on wets and the second on slicks.
Marco Ardigo, Jonathan Thonon and Bas Lammers took the three best times of the first session with an advantage of three tenths for the Tonykart river (1’07″950). Alessandro Giuletti took pole in the other group with 56″307, a ten-second gap to Ardigo. Joffrey Demanse took second and will start the heats next to the 2007 World Champion. Nicola Nole took third place.
The times posted in each series were put alternately next to each other, Brice De Gaye ahead of Thomas Mich in 15th. Benjamin Bailly was 17th, Alessandro Piccini 19th, Manuel Cozzaglio 24th, Norman Nato 28th…
