All of the KF2 drivers took the start of the final on wet tyres but the sun came out and made the track steam. A technical problem with the timing equipment required the red flag then the race was started a few minutes later.
Charles Lacaze took control of the final with authority, while William Benedetti, Robin Frijns and Guillaume Barbarin contested second fiercely. Alexandre Benoit Bessac broke his clutch on the start line and Paul Loup Chatin had other problems. Behind the leaders, Freddy Boue fought with Sebastien Bailly and Mindaugas Daunoravicios was delayed by going off briefly. Alexandre Paumard returned slowly but surely towards the front of the race. Meanwhile Bailly went backwards and Benedetti couldn’t run at a fast enough pace to overtake many more drivers.
Charles Lacaze won the final by a wide margin ahead of Robin Frijns who was also on his own. Guillaume Barbarin was a beautiful third, while Alban Authie posted the fastest lap and took the €100 prize.
