Ludo Racing wins from Mini-Kart to KZ2

Whatever the category, the Ludo Racing team infuses its recognized expertise with his immense amount of work, his passion for karting, motivation and thirst for victory, while using the particularly effective Sodi chassis. At Salbris, Hubert Petit was able to rely on all the experience and expertise of Ludovic Veve’s team to become French Champion in KZ2 ahead of all the specialists in the category.

Uncontested French champion
Awesome! That’s the word that emerged after the demonstration by Hubert Petit in the French Championship on the selective international circuit of Salbris. At the wheel of his Team Ludo Sodi-TM Racing, Hubert completed three victories in four heats and a clear round in the three Finals, topped off with the fastest lap. After the work, the champion’s crown …  “I have known Ludovic Veve and his team for many years, I admit they do an outstanding job. I have been in KZ since 2015 and it’s great to become the French Champion,” emphasised Hubert Petit after the finish.

The equipment that makes the difference
Successful in classes for youngsters (Mini-Kart, Minime, Cadet and National), as well as in brand challenges like Rotax and X30, the Ludo Racing team used the same methods to win this latest title in the flagship category of 125cc gearbox.

We must firstly emphasise Hubert’s talent, he drove really well,” commented Ludovic Veve. “A big thank you also to Didier Hiver for the power. Then we have a fantastic KZ chassis from Sodi. After the recent Vice World Championship won by Anthony Abbasse in Sweden, Sodikart has confirmed its high status as a manufacturer. In the rain for Qualifying as in the dry thereafter, Hubert was very powerful. On Sunday, he could make a difference in the early rounds, before keeping up a fast pace until the end.

Often regarded as the preserve of a few teams and drivers, the KZ2 category has found a new benchmark team able to aim for the heights. This bodes well for the future of Ludo Racing, always ready to face new challenges, with characteristic determination.
