Alpha Karting’s international expansion continues

Known for the distribution of a wide range of karting products and its online sales site, Alpha Karting has also been a manufacturer of karts since 1977. Its twin range of leisure and competition chassis combines performance and attractive prices. Based on these strong arguments, Alpha Karting has decided to increase its presence in foreign markets, one reason for attending Offenbach with a particularly busy stand. After the presentation of an importer in the United States at the end of 2015, DAMZ, 2016 continues the momentum with the announcement of an Alpha Karting importer on German soil with Walter Kart Service.

Benoit Bremond, the president of Alpha Karting, details the objectives of the French brand: “The quality and positioning of our products needed new dynamic professionals for export, to complement the presence in France. This development phase starts now with our USA and German importers. The show at Offenbach was particularly positive in that respect. It’s a great satisfaction for us to see the attraction to our frames abroad. The Alpha Karting strategy is based on finding the best price / quality ratio for high-quality products that are able to attract a large clientele. With its manageable size, our company can easily listen to its partners and thus provide personalised service.

The Alpha Karting competition range is led by the famous Black Tiger, vice European KZ2 Champion in 2014, and the 2016 release further enhances its ease of driving and development regardless of the grip of the track. This is the model that is used in all international categories, including OK and OK-Junior. Conforming to CIK standards, the Exos, which replaces the Target model, is designed for drivers in amateur competition and is perfect for classes that are not equipped with front brakes, while the Flash and Mini Storm are designed for the Minime / Cadet and Minikart categories. Finally, with the Bambino drivers can learn the discipline from five years old.

The rental range from the French manufacturer currently includes three models which share the same quality standards while having targeted characteristics. The original Carbon.K in a new livery for 2016 offers comfort and unmatched driving pleasure alongside the Light.K, which is a very light and affordable model. Finally, the Mini.K with multiple settings can accommodate young people from six years old in the highly promising sector of junior leisure karting.

Alpha Karting has also started a new collaboration with Sparco Karting for its entire clothing line and the official racesuits from the French brand appeal to many drivers.

Based in Houston, Texas, Alpha Kart USA DAMZ Inc. aims to expand the Alpha brand both in the field of recreation and competition. At the legendary event of the Supernationals in Las Vegas last November, Blair Hosie, an Alpha Kart USA driver, already achieved a very encouraging 7th final position, allowing him to finish 5th overall in the SKUSA Pro Tour championship in the Shifter Junior category.

The new German Alpha Kart importer Kart Service Walter has significantly broadened the reach of Alpha Karting chassis in Germany thanks to its effective presence on the stand during the fair in Offenbach. His team will be very much present at German competitions of all levels with priority given to the ADAC Kart Masters and the ADAC Kart Cup.
