Egor Nosov (IPK/TM) was 3rd ahead of Cristian Bertuca (Birel ART/TM). Marek Skrivanek (IPK/TM) was 5th and Maksim Orlov (Parolin/TM) 6th. On the third lap, Trefilov was leading ahead of Nosov and Leuillet. Matthéo Spirgel (Sodi/TM) dropped back to 15th. Leuillet dropped back to 8th after contact with Bertuca, who retired. In 11th place, Arthur Carbonnel (CRG/TM) had made up 10 places. The three frontrunners, Trefilov, Nosov and Orlov, remained very close together. Orlov attacked Nosov for 2nd place. Skrivan was hot on the heels of Daniel Vasile (Birel ART/TM) who soon overtook him for 4th place, a gain of 13 places. Orlov was threatening Trefilov for the win. Leuillet had moved up to 5th behind Vasile. With two laps to go, Orlov made an attempt on the outside, but Trefilov resisted perfectly. Vasile had made the connection, but hung on to Nosov. Trefilov won by 61 thousandths and took the Championship. Orlov secured a fine 2nd place, while Leuillet took an unexpected 3rd place. Carbonnel had moved up 13 places to 8th ahead of Spirgel, Jérémy Iglesias (CRG/TM) finished 15th (up four places) and Enzo Lacreuse (DR/Modena) was 25th at the finish.
