Walz takes the Mini lead

Devin Walz (Parolin/Iame) edged out poleman Ilie Tristan Crisan (Tony Kart/Vortex) by three points to take P1 in the Mini category at the end of the WSK Qualifying Heats in Franciacorta. With two wins apiece, they were able to outrun the chasing pack. Mariano Lopez (Parolin/Iame) was 3rd, Cristian Blandino (CRG/TM) 4th and Michele Orlando (DR/TM) 5th. William Calleja (Parolin/Iame) made a good comeback to 6th place, followed by Daniil Kutskov (KR/Iame), Oleksandr Legenkyi (KR/Iame), Alessandro Truchot (Parolin/Iame) and Mark Pilipenko (Parolin/Iame) in the top 10. However, Albert Tamm (Parolin/Iame) did not have an easy time of it in 11th place. Zack Zhu (EKS/TM) dropped from 12th to 28th.
