Matveev remains the boss in the OK heats

After his pole position, Dmitry Matveev (KR/Iame) kept up the pace in the OK Qualifying Heats of the WSK Final Cup in Franciacorta. Two wins and a 2nd place enabled him to maintain his lead on Saturday evening. Sebastiano Pavan (Tony Kart/Vortex) followed him with two wins, while Anatoly Khavalkin (Parolin/TM) climbed from 15th to 3rd. Finishing with a win, Thibaut Ramaekers (KR/Iame) was able to take 4th place ahead of Vivek Kanthan (Parolin/TM), who was also in fine form despite a spoiler penalty in the last race. David Walther (Tony Kart/Vortex) moved up nine places to 8th, followed by Taym Saleh (KR/Iame) and Zac Drummond (Parolin/TM). Noah Monteiro (KR/Iame) moved up 25 places to 14th. Non-starter in the first heat Andrea Dupé (KR/Iame) dropped back to 41st and Clément Outran (KR/Iame) finished 44th.
