Barbaroux continues to lead the DD2 heats at Le Mans

Poleman Antoine Barbaroux (Sodi/Rotax) won two of the three DD2 Qualifying Heats of the Rotax Max Challenge International Trophy to secure his lead over Dawid Maslakiewicz (DR/Rotax), who came back from 5th place. Gregorio Bertocco (Tony Kart/Rotax) climbed back up to 3rd ahead of Edward Matthews (LN/Rotax) and Mathias Bjerre Jakobsen (Tony Kart/Rotax). Paolo Besancenez (Birel ART/Rotax) dropped back to 9th place after his retirement in Thursday’s race, despite his victory in the last race.
