Final victory for Hoogendoorn in Mini

Following Pesl’s suspensive appeal after his disqualification from the competition at the end of the AB heat, the Mini classifications in Sarno and the championship are suspended.

Eight laps of the Sarno circuit were on the programme of the Mini Final of the WSK Super Master Series. Iacopo Martinese (Parolin/Iame) finished lap 1 as leader ahead of Christian Costoya (Parolin/TM), Dean Hoogendoorn (Alonso Kart/Iame). Costoya moved into the lead on lap 3, Roman Kamyab (Parolin/Iame) dropped from 2nd to 18th place. Jindrich Pesl (Parolin/Iame) came back to 3rd behind Martinese and then took 2nd place. The first four drivers started the last two laps in a tight formation. Hoogendoorn and then Pesl were in the lead. Hoogendoorn won by 6 tenths over Pesl, followed by Martinese in 3rd and Costoya in 4th. Oliver Palocko (Parolin/Iame) finished 5th.
