Micro: Schön unbeatable in the Final

After a very calm formation lap, Paul Schön (CHE – KR – MH Racing) took the lead in the Micro Final of the Rotax MAX Challenge International Trophy with Uros Bogdanic (SRB – Kosmic – Sport Sill) and Majus Mazinas (LTU – Parolin – KMS Europe) on his heels. Antoine Grisel (FRA – Sodi) had jumped to 5th position. Schön increased the pace on the third of the 11 laps, Mazinas moved up to 2nd ahead of Bogdanic and Luka Scelles (FRA – Sodi) took 5th position behind Tom Papenburg (NLD – KR). Schön put in a string of fastest laps and was once again on his way to victory, with a 1.6″ lead at the halfway point. The battle for 2nd place continued between Mazinas and Bogdanic under the eyes of Papenburg. Schön took a Final victory 4,5″ ahead of Bogdanic, Papenburger and Mazinas. Ainis Vibriantis (LTU – KR) finished in 5th position, just 2 seconds behind Scelles and Grisel.
