Puhakka stays on top of the KZ heats

The third and last Qualifying Heat of the European KZ Championship took place on Sunday morning in rising temperatures on the Adria circuit. Alessandro Irlando (Birel ART/TM) drove a perfect race, beating Simo Puhakka (Tony Kart/Vortex) by a wide margin. Matteo Vigano (Birel ART/TM) was the only one to move up in the leading group to finish 3rd (+6 pl) ahead of Lorenzo Camplese (Tony Kart/Vortex) and Marijn Kremers (Ricciardo/TM). Jérémy Iglesias (Formula K/TM) regained five places in 9th place, but Adrien Renaudin (Sodi/TM) retired after losing a lot of time from a contact.

Puhakka still leads the heats ahead of Irlando, Kremers and Vigano. Camplese is 5th ahead of Longhi. Iglesias is 9th and Renaudin 10th.
