18 participants at the Winfield Volant in the starting blocks

18 young drivers aged 14 to 17 arrived at Least Castellet this Saturday, 23rd February to participate in the second edition of the Winfield Volant. A first look at the list of entries shows a high standard, with many drivers having shone in karting at the top level.

13 of them will be trying to succeed the Brazilian Caio Collet to win their full season in the 2019 French F4 Championship with the FFSA Academy, a particularly interesting and motivating prize.

The five youngest 14-year-olds will be fighting for the Winfield Trophy. The winner will win two tests in F4 and participation in the last event French F4 event of 2019.

Many workshops supervised by the experts chosen by the Winfield staff are scheduled, before going on track at the prestigious circuit Paul Ricard. The jury will announce the name of the lucky winner Monday, 25th February at the end of the day.
